Oistin's Friday Night Fish Fry
After a full day of gourmet eating and rum tasting, we’ll head to the island’s most beloved street food tradition — the Oistins Fish Fry. This lively outdoor event features freshly grilled or fried fish (mahi-mahi, flying fish, marlin, and more), cold beers, and local side dishes served hot and served fast. Expect live music, dancing, and an authentic Bajan vibe surrounded by locals and travelers alike.
Chef Classics
Step inside Barbados’ most iconic kitchens and experience live culinary magic on the opening day of the festival. You’ll enjoy cooking demos, gourmet tastings, and behind-the-scenes secrets from global chefs — all with local flair. Expect delicious surprises, cultural storytelling, and rum pairings that awaken your palate.
Rise & Rum Breakfast Beach party
We’re rising before the sun to toast the new day Bajan-style — barefoot on the beach, dressed in radiant Sunrise Yellow. Live DJs, rum cocktails, beachside breakfast bites, and sunrise over the sea. It’s pure bliss and perfect for the early birds and the all-night dancers.

Rum Route
Barbados is the birthplace of rum — and the Rum Route is your backstage pass. We'll explore legendary distilleries, local rum shops, and craft cocktail lounges. Collect stamps in your official Rum Passport as you sip, snack, and dance your way through this spirited island crawl.
Liquid Gold Feast
