Cancellation Policy & Insurance
A non-refundable retainer is required at time of registration.

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the registration retainer.

Any cancellation made within 60 days of trip start date will result in a loss of 25% of the trip price.

Any cancellation made between 59 - 46 days of trip start date will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.

Any cancellation made within 45 days of trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).

Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. You can use our suggested Travel Guard insurance online and choose from several policy options.
