Cancellation Policy & Insurance
A non-refundable $297 retainer is required at time of registration.

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $297 USD registration retainer.

Any cancellation made between August 1st, 2024, and August 31st, 2024, will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.

Any cancellation made between September 1st, 2024, and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).

Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. You can use our suggested Travel Guard insurance online and choose from several policy options.
