CANCELLATION POLICY
A $500 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of registration.
Any cancellation made between 90 - 119 days before the trip start date will result in a loss of 25% of the trip price; between 60 - 89 days before the trip start date will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price; between 59 days and the trip start date will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your retainer is refunded).
​
Trip cancellation insurance is highly-recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested insurance as travel policy options. See add-ons at conclusion of registration.​
