CANCELLATION POLICY

A $500 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of registration.

Any cancellation made between 90 - 119 days before the trip start date will result in a loss of 25% of the trip price; between 60 - 89 days before the trip start date will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price; between 59 days and the trip start date will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your retainer is refunded).

Trip cancellation insurance is highly-recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested insurance as travel policy options. See add-ons at conclusion of registration.
